Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns/exchanges within 5 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Product received is defective or damaged
• Wrong product or wrong size delivered
• Product does not match the description

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used, washed, or altered
• Products with removed tags or packaging
• Returns requested after 7 days of delivery

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us via:

4. Refund Process

• Online payments: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.
• COD orders: Refund will be transferred via UPI/bank transfer within 5-7 business days.

5. Exchange

If you received a wrong or damaged, we will ship the correct at no extra cost. Contact us with your order details.

6. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may request a return after delivery. For prepaid cancelled orders, refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
